Quick overview of everyone in your care
Provides a quick overview of the list and alerts summary of users (elders) under a caregiver when they support more than one user (elder). If a caregiver has only one user (elder), then the app shows the Home screen for the user (elder) instead.

Tap to show side panel. Notification bubble indicates new notifications available.
Filter users based on type of alert.
Indicate number of users shown and total number of users (User Shown/Total Users)
List of user cards with latest last seen status color coded based on status as follows:
- Neutral – No anomalies detected.
- Amber – Inactivity alerts.
- Red – User in emergency, usually emergency button pressed and awaiting for acknowledgment
- Purple – User’s gateway offline. Typically due to Wifi connectivity issue or accidental power off.
- Grey – User is detected to be away from home.
- Users are sorted by color codes – Red/Purple followed by Amber followed by Grey and the rest will be at the bottom. In each category, users are sorted based on last update status (e.g. last detected activities).

Tap Refresh to get the latest status. You can also pull down on the screen to refresh the list.
Displays the total number of alerts across all types and users (elders).
Filter alerts based on age – last 24 hours, last 3 days, and last 7 days.
Alert cards display the count of alerts across each type of alert. They also indicate how many users those alerts are from. There are four kinds of alert types:
- Panic: These need immediate attention.
- Inactivity: These indicate that user inactivity has hit thresholds defined by the alert rules and need attention to identify if there are issues.
- Gateway Offline: These indicate that the user (elder) system isn’t sending data and needs immediate attention so the system can function again.
- Away From Home: These indicate the user (elder) is currently away from home and needs determination if that requires attention or not.
Displays how many users the alert count for the card includes. Click on card to see list of users for the alert type.

Edit caregiver information such as name, contact phone number, gender, and account password. (To receive an automated voice call notification when emergency button is pressed, phone number must be set here.)
Select language for app from the following: English, Chinese, French, Spanish, and German.
Choose where you would like notifications to be sent (availability depends on region and service subscription):
- In-app Notifications: Receive in app, for all alerts and system notifications.
- Email: Sent only for emergency button presses
- Voice call: Receive automated voice call when emergency button is pressed.
- SMS – Receive only for red & amber alerts
- Whatsapp – coming soon
For caregivers with multiple accounts across different enterprises, this function allows quick switching. Caregiver will still be able to receive notifications from all logged in accounts after using this switch function.
Deleting caregiver account does nothing to elderly accounts. All data related to elderly and devices will still be in system.

Current status and activity charts
Tap any labeled box on the screenshot to jump to its description below.
Shows current overall status of elder and last seen activity. Green color represents they are doing fine, amber color indicates attention needed.
Displays overview of activities in different zones for the day. Tap on the expand arrow to show specific breakdown on activities across the zones.
Displays a set of activity cards based on sensor data. These are the standard activity cards displayed:
- Activeness: An estimation of the minutes of movement by user at home. It is only useful if senior is living alone.
- Bathroom Usage: Total number of times user went into the bathroom.
- Bathroom Usage Duration: Estimated time spent in bathroom based on time in and time out of bathroom.
- User Away Duration: Estimation of user away from home
- User Rest Duration
- Time spent (%) in Different Zones
- Additional cards related to calories, steps, distance, and vital signs may also be shown in the app if health kit and vital data devices are connected.
Tap on refresh to get the latest data.
Tap on this to show/hide activity cards based on your preference. A checkbox will show up on each card for you to select or de-select.
Tap on the expand arrow to show the historical chart (typically last 14 days).
